At Hair Solutions Luxury Extensions, we take pride in on our customer service and customer satisfaction. We thoroughly inspect all hair before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy. If you are unsatisfied with your order or purchase, we do have an exchange policy in place.

It is very important that before using your new hair extensions, you inspect the product thoroughly to ensure the correct length, color, texture, and quality are to your liking. When inspecting and examining the hair, please don’t cut the zip ties on the bundles to ensure satisfaction with the product. PLEASE DO NOT ADD PRODUCT, OR WASH THE HAIR. If you would like to exchange your product, you must submit an (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization request form within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise by email or by contacting us at 1-340-713-4247 Monday – Friday 9am-4pm.

SALE ITEMS, CUSTOM MADE ITEMS, CLOSURES AND FRONTALS ARE NONE REFUNDABLE NOR CAN IT BE EXCHANGED. Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regard to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner or manipulated with heat or chemicals of any sort, all exchange policies are VOIDED.

TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE PLEASE SEE THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW:

    1. The hair must remain in the bundle and not be untied or cut at the top.
    2. The hair must be in its original packaging and tag.
    3. The hair must be in its natural state meaning no dye, no chemicals, unravel and no cutting of the weft.
    4. Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice, original packaging, hair bags and any gifts Etc.
    5. Merchandise must be physically received before any exchange can be granted. Please allow 72 hours upon receipt to inspect.
    6. You (the customer) are responsible for all return fees associated with shipping and postage. We recommend you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package.

Please do not send unauthorized returns. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Hair Solutions Luxury Extensions with an (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization and a complete tracking number. It is the customers’ responsibility to email Hair Solutions Luxury Extensions at with their tracking numbers before shipping the hair back. Tracking numbers protect you, the customer, and our business.  

Please be aware if you return a product without a tracking number and your package is lost, we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages!  We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address.
