Shipping Details:

Regular Orders please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, with an additional 1-2 business days for shipping. Special Orders please allow 5-10 business days for order processing, with an additional 2-3 business days for shipping. Custom Made Orders please allow 4-5 weeks production time, with an additional 2-3 business days for shipping. Please plan accordingly when placing your order as our special order and custom made orders can’t be rushed nor can it be fast-tracked; however, you have the option of choosing Standard shipping or Express shipping at checkout.

**Please Note: All orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday will not be shipped until the following business day!**

**Please Note: Weekends/Holidays are not included in business days. Currently, we do not ship on Saturday, Sundays or Holidays.**

All orders placed over the weekend and/or any federal holidays will begin processing the following business day. Once your order is prepared for shipping, a confirmation including the tracking number will be sent to you, via the email address you provided on your account. Please ensure that your contact information is correct when creating your account. You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account and by using www.USPS.com. Text alerts are also available through USPS Tracking®. Just send a text to 28777, enter your tracking number and you will receive tracking information via text message. Once you receive your tracking number it may take up to 24 hours for your estimated delivery date to appear. 

International Orders: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item prices or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

All orders are shipped using USPS. ***Shipping costs may vary from destination to destination***

Signature Confirmation: ALL orders will require a signature upon receiving the package. In some cases, the recipient listed on the shipping label will be the ONLY person who can sign for the package.

Shipping to the US: Standard Priority Shipping is $13.60 – $18.85 depending on the size of the package (3-5 business days)

Shipping to the US: Express shipping is $24.60 (overnight) order must be placed by 10am (1-2 business days) Depending on your location

International shipping: $30 and up depending on your location (approximately 5-10 business days!)

Large orders we will email you shipping costs as soon as your order is prepared for shipping.

We Highly Recommend That You Do Not Make Any Hair Appointments Until Your Hair Has Been Delivered. We are not responsible for late shipments due to incorrect address input, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind weekends and holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information in regard to shipping, please contact us.

Un-Delivered Packages, Incorrect Addresses, And Refused Deliveries:

Your order will normally be shipped via USPS to the address you provide. Tracking numbers are sent to your email address as soon as a shipping label is created. You will receive an order confirmation email along with (2) shipping confirmation email; one from us and one from PayPal. Both emails will contain your tracking number. After checking your email and you did not receive a tracking number, please let us know. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please thoroughly check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included all of the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. We do not ship to P.O Boxes, you must have a street address! We will ONLY ship to PayPal verified addresses when using Paypal as your payment method. Please note: billing and shipping address must match or we will NOT ship.

We will not change shipping addresses once orders are placed. Please note if your order is returned to us we will re-ship your order once it has been returned at your own expense. Hair Solutions Luxury Extensions will not be responsible for any returned packages due to the inaccurate shipping information. If your package is returned to us because of a customer discrepancy you will be responsible for the cost to reship your package.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not have any way to give special delivery instructions to the USPS delivery person and any such instructions will be ignored. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange alternate delivery. It is the customers’ responsibility to arrange for package pick-up if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

Lost Shipments:

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email immediately. We will contact USPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days but we cannot control how long it may take. We will not replace or refund lost packages.
